Description :
Incline bench press for upper chest - 3 sets of (12-14) reps.
*flat bench press for middle chest - 3 sets of 12 -14 reps until failure.
*Shoulder Alternative press for side delts and front delts - 3 sets of (12-14) reps.
*Lateral raises for front delt - 3 sets of (12-14) reps.
*Triceps rope extension - 3 sets of (12-14) reps.
*Skull crusher - 3 sets of (12-14) reps go until failure.
*Dumbell biceps curls - 3 sets of (18-20) reps.
*Peacher curls - 3 sets of (16-18)reps.
Finishing with doing some Abs workout 🏋️♀️.
