The final report is published by the independent inquiry into the deaths of 27 people in the English Channel on November 24, 2021.
The inquiry is led by former High Court Judge Sir Ross Cranston and aims to establish the identities of those who died and how, as well as what lessons can be learned from the tragedy and how to reduce the risk of similar events in the future.
