Want to learn more about no-cost training and resources for kinship caregivers?
The October, 2025 Lunch & Learn featured staff from the New York State Office for the Aging (NYSOFA) and Trualta. NYSOFA and the Association on Aging in New York (AgingNY) have partnered with Trualta to offer Trualta’s web-based caregiver education and support platform at no cost to any unpaid caregiver in New York State.
The presentation also included an introduction and overview of services provided by the NYS Kinship Navigator from Rae Glaser, Director of the Kinship Navigator.
The webinar features a live demo of Trualta, including a review of specific resources within the platform for kinship caregivers. NYSOFA will also share information on other available resources, such as ElliQ, GetSetUp, and GoGo Grandparent.
