LIC receipt not received , amount deducted from account. What should be done?(non registered user)

Описание: Hi friends, in this video I discuss about how to download LIC premium paid receipt, if it is not generated automatically. If you are not a registered user of LIC and you are paying premium through 'pay direct' option, sometimes amount of your premium deducted from bank but neither receipt generated nor sent to e-mail. In that condition what should be done. In that case you don't need to worry. If LIC received the amount then your receipt will send to your e-mail within 3 working days. If LIC don't received the amount the amount will returned to your bank account within 7 days. You can also follow the following steps to know transaction status or to download LIC receipt.

STEP 1 - go to LIC pay direct option.

STEP 2 - click on 'transaction status'

STEP 3 - enter the policy number for which transaction was made.

STEP 4 - now see the status option, if it shows success than click on the policy number shown in this page. You will see your premium receipt on another window.
