NG; ERROR

NG means No Good and the unit becomes unresponsive because it is going into its self-diagnostic mode. Only the on/standby button will work on the unit and will automatically turn off after 3min. The remote will not work at all. It will do this when the protection circuit has been triggered. A short (momentary or prolonged) can trigger the protection circuit but can also cause permanent hardware damage that results in the protection circuit being tripped every time until the unit has been repaired. The issue may not have been caused by you though so don't be too quick to blame yourself but if you did happen to notice you had done something, it will explain the issue. It does sound like you should be taking this back to where you bought it and get it repaired or replaced if you can't simply clear the message and unfortunately, the NG points to that being the case. The NG:L R BLBR is telling you that the amplifier is damaged (No Good) and those channels need repair (L R BLBR).
