There are 11 collectibles that can be found in Lantern Festival:
0:00 - 1. Elite Squad 1/3 - Island
1:10 - 2. Secret 1/2 - Secret Cave - Max Health Boost
2:17 - 3. Oboro Relic 1/5 - The Village
2:36 - 4. Oboro Relic 2/5 - Tower
2:53 - 5. Oboro Relic 3/5 - Tower
3:18 - 6. Oboro Relic 4/5 - Tower
3:43 - 7. Elite Squad 2/3 - Rooftops
4:08 - 8. Secret 2/2 - Rooftops - Fire Raider Outfit
4:26 - 9. Elite Squad 3/3 - Rooftops - Super Shocker
5:09 - 10. Ankou Rift 1/1 - Buildings
6:47 - 11. Oboro Relic 5/5 - Fireworks
You must first collect all Ningi (Abilities) before you can collect all collectibles.
Ningi are automatically obtained during the main story.
Cannon Punch can be found in Latern Festival
Ninja Claws can be found in The Mountain
Ninja Hook can be found in Neo City
Sword Dive can be found in Submarine Base
Glider can be found in The Desert
