Описание: As a criminal defense attorney in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Chester County, I often represent individuals charged with possession of drugs. I represent those charged with drug possession for their own personal use and possession with intent to deliver, or selling drugs. In this video I discuss the most common defenses to drug charges, including motions to suppress where I file a pre-trial motion to argue that police lacked reasonable suspicion or probable cause to stop and arrest my client. Another common defense to possession with intent to deliver where it is a car stop rather than a surveillance where police allege the observe sales, is that the amount of drugs and accompanying drug paraphernalia is not consistent with a seller but rather more consistent with possession for personal use. If I can get a felony possession with intent to deliver charge dismissed, my client is now only facing a misdemeanor drug possession charge where the penalties are much less severe.
