Описание: We live in a world that often tells us not to feel too much, not to express too deeply, not to sit with discomfort. But in this practice, we are doing the opposite.

This meditation and journaling session invites you to pause, notice, and witness whatever is present—without judgment, without needing to fix or change anything. The inquiry is simple: What am I feeling right now?

Through this practice, we explore a form of acceptance—not the kind that asks us to pretend we’re okay, but the kind that makes space for the truth of our experience, exactly as it is.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you observe your emotions with curiosity and compassion, followed by two journaling prompts to deepen your reflection. Then, you’ll have 15 minutes of quiet writing time, allowing your thoughts and feelings to unfold freely on the page.

💜 This is a practice of presence. Of making space for yourself. Of honoring what is real.

📌 Journaling Prompts:

1️⃣ What am I feeling right now? Describe the emotions that are present for you in this moment. Where do you feel them in your body? What happens when you simply witness them?

2️⃣ If my emotions could speak, what would they say? Imagine giving your feelings a voice. What messages are they offering you?
