Do-it-Yourself knowledge to rebuild the popular 13B rotary engine for a Series 6 Mazda RX7.
This part will tackle the assembly of the engine. This includes preparation and fitting of seals, gaskets into rotor housing and end plates.
This will show you how to assemble the engine block together correctly with the rotors and apex seals to the manufacturers tolerances and specifications.
The final assembly of the engine is completed with standard tools and leaves them ready for the final part 4 'Setting the end-float'.
