🌳🌳🌳 THERE IS A BETTER SIDE TO THE TOWN! 🌳🌳🌳
Cumbernauld was built in the 1960s on the site of several historic farms. The names of each housing estate (scheme) are, in general, named after the farm it replaced. In later videos I am going to go on a fact hunt and show you the last remains of the old buildings.

The untouched area of land around the town is dotted with tiny hamlets and villages, as well as detached farms and areas of scientific special interest!

🚗 In this video I take you on a short drive around some of the back country lanes - all next to Cumbernauld! It's easy to judge an area by it's worst traits, so let's help change this preconception and display some of the beauty associated with Cumbernauld.
