This scooter was sold as the CyberGo Wide Tire 500W. It looked like the exact same scooter as the Mercane, so I took a chance on it. As far as I can tell, it's the same scooter as the Mercane, except for the sticker with the CyberGo Logo. In fact, it still has the Mercane name in several places.
I didn't take apart the battery, so I can't verify the MAh, or the brand. Also, I did not see any labels that stated the country of origin.
*EDIT - Sorry for the confusion, but the speed is in kph. I set the units to miles, but apparently the tracker always displays the speed in kph. I double checked it with different phone apps, and it confirms it.*
I weigh about 140 lbs, and the test was done on an 85 degree day with no wind. I was in a below-ground-level stadium, so wind was not a factor. The speed is in kph, and the unit is a GPS sport tracker.
Mode 1 limit = 18 kph.
Mode 2 limit = 22 kph.
Top speed is around 30 kph (it varies between 27 and 33 kph).
Disabling the speed limiter is the same procedure as the Mercane. There are videos on Youtube that explain how to do it, so I won't get into it here.
Overall, I'm impressed with the scooter. I was afraid that the 500W version would be slow, but it's surprisingly fast.
