This is a little different from my usual fare but as the northern hemisphere creeps into the seasonal depression months, I felt like it was an important one to create. If you're struggling, please know that you are not alone. ASMR videos can never replace actual therapy, medication or other necessary treatment for depression, but I hope that this can bring comfort to just one person and help them feel seen and validated 🤍 love you guys.
