Описание:
This attack is used to destroy Negaverse Negamonsters. Sailor Moon removes her tiara and balances it on her fingers, turning it into a glowing discus. After slowly turning around once, she would pose with her right arm outstretched and the tiara still balanced. She yells the attack phrase as she throws the discus at her target and turns them into Negadust.
