The Madlanga Commission will resume hearings for the year on Monday by continuing with where they left off last year which is Phase two.
It will deal with the evidence of implicated persons.
The commission is probing allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system following a media briefing by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi in July last year.
