Impressions of the Ratu Bagus Ashram

I dedicate this video to my teacher Ratu Bagus (1949-2021) and to his ashram, a place I’ve come to call my home over the last four years. Ratu Bagus and many of his senior students have dedicated their lives to this magical place, situated at the foot of Mount Agung, the most sacred volcano on the island of Bali, Indonesia.

What am I doing here? I shake! For me, shaking is a spiritual practice that helps to strengthen the connection between my soul and the Universal Soul. It’s already there, yet I learn here how to better take care. The shaking helps to clear many of my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blocks and thus improves my overall quality of life. I grow to become a happier, healthier and stronger version of myself. This true healing comes from deep inside, but I need a guide. Ratu Bagus is my guide, my motivator, … my torch to find my way out of the darkness into the Light 💡
