Описание: I'll show you how to prepare a whole roasted Branzino in the Ooni Pro oven. In this video, I'm working with Branzino, but you could use other types of fish as well. Red Snapper, Rockfish, Mackerel would make great substitutions. Roasting a whole fish is definitely the way to go. The skin, bones, and aromatics provide wonderful flavor and the meat stays juicier and moister than roasting fillets.

WHOLE ROASTED BRANZINO
Whole Branzino, about 1 1/4 lbs. in size (567g to 680g)
Lemon, 3 to 4 rounds sliced 1/8 in. thick (3 to 4mm)
Fresh Thyme, 3 to 4 sprigs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as needed
Kosher Salt, as needed
Ground Black Pepper, as needed

ROASTED POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS
Small "Pee Wee" Potatoes, 12 oz. (340g)
Green Beans, 12 oz. (340g)
Fresh Thyme, leaves from a few sprigs
Kosher Salt, as needed
Ground Black Pepper, as needed
