This is a pretty infamous figure amongst fans of the vintage LJN Advanced Dungeons & Dragons line, because he was an unproduced Shield-Shooter figure and looked really awesome.
Duplicates of his unproduced accessories managed to get into the hands of collectors over the years, so this is the very first time he has been made available to people in any sort of official sense.
Now I just need to get some Orcs for him to Boss around...
