Today's menu is the ultimate Korean comfort food set: Doenjang-jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew) and Sausage Vegetable Stir-fry.

In Korea, we call this combo a "Rice Thief" because it makes your bowl of rice disappear so fast! The savory stew and the sweet & salty sausages are the perfect match.

🤫 My Secret Recipe:

For the Stew: I used Chicken Stock instead of anchovy broth. It gives a deeper, richer flavor!

For the Sausages: My golden ratio sauce uses Ketchup & Tonkatsu Sauce. You must try this!

El menú de hoy es el conjunto de comida reconfortante coreana definitivo: Doenjang-jjigae (Estofado de Pasta de Soja) y Salteado de Salchichas con Verduras.

En Corea, llamamos a esta combinación "Ladrón de Arroz" porque hace que tu tazón de arroz desaparezca muy rápido. ¡El estofado sabroso y las salchichas dulces y saladas son la pareja perfecta!

🤫 Mi Receta Secreta:

Para el Estofado: Usé Caldo de Pollo (Chicken Stock) en lugar de caldo de anchoas. ¡Le da un sabor más profundo y rico!

Para las Salchichas: Mi salsa de proporción dorada usa Kétchup y Salsa Tonkatsu. ¡Tienes que probar esto!

[🛒 Ingredients / Ingredientes]

🥘 1. Doenjang-jjigae (Soybean Paste Stew)

Doenjang (Soybean Paste): 2 tbsp

Tofu: 1/2 block (Cubed)

Vegetables: Zucchini, Onion, Potato, Chili Pepper

Secret Broth: Chicken Stock 3 tbsp (Caldo de Pollo)

Fish Sauce: 1 tbsp

Gochugaru: 1 tbsp (Optional for spicy taste)

Water: 600ml

🌭 2. Sausage Stir-fry (Soya)

Sausages: Vienna sausages (Don't forget the cuts!)

Vegetables: Onion

Secret Sauce: Ketchup 3 tbsp + Tonkatsu Sauce 3 tbsp

Garnish: Sesame Seeds
