In this beginner series, we cover all of the most important kettlebell exercises, that give you the most bang for your buck.
The Kettlebell Row is what we would call a typical "bodybuilding" type of exercise. It works your lats in a dynamic fashion and statically targets your hips as well.
The row has the same setup like the deadlift. The only difference is, that you keep your hips in a static position. Grab the kettlebell (single handedly) in the same fashion like in the deadlift.
Now you pull your arms back; flexing your elbow joint. It might happen, that the kettlebell will leave the medial line which is totally fine in this exercise. Do not flex your wrist (or engage your forearm muscles) to keep the kettlebell in the middle.
