Vaidehi Ranade, a talented student from the Center for Chinese and South East Asian Studies (CCSEAS) Jawaharlal Nehru University, performed kuaibanshu, a Chinese folk performance art form that involves rhythmic storytelling and traditional Chinese bamboo clappers at the India Finals and Award Ceremony of 2025 "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students and Secondary School Students. H.E. Xu Feihong was also present at the ceremony and praised the students and hoped more Indian youths would learn Chinese, promote cultural exchanges, and become ambassadors of friendship.
