Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), previously called Tilganga Eye Centre, is the implementing body of the Nepal Eye Program, a not-for-profit, community-based organization.The institution offers a range of ICT-enabled services, including an Appointment Management System integrated with Electronic Medical Record (EMR), an AI-based Chatbot for Appointment Booking and General Query Handling, Tele-Ophthalmology (Telemedicine) for Remote Area People, Queue Management System (QMS) for Patient Queue Handling, Web-based Appointment System, and an online form for Eye Donation.
