PACOIMA, LOS ANGELES, Oct. 31 (KNN) – People were seen celebrating the Dodgers' World Series victory in the intersection of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Paxton Street in Pacoima Wednesday night. Fans were heard screaming, “LET’S GO DODGERS.”
Meanwhile, the intersection was taken over by some vehicles doing donuts.
A citywide tactical alert was underway Wednesday night as Dodger fans immediately took to the streets in areas of the Southland and celebrated the team’s victory.
The Los Angeles Police Department attempted to discourage unlawful gatherings, such as the one Tuesday night when sheriff’s deputies dispersed crowds from an East Angeles intersection.
