Using a foam roller on the common areas of the body that get tight from sitting too much will help to release the tension in these overactive muscles and it will help to correct muscle imbalances. It will also help to improve your range of motion and mobility so you can activate the correct muscles and avoid injury. Do each of these releases for 30 seconds and then continue into your warm up and workout. ▼▼▼
