Описание:
Ingredients
300 gr flour
a pinch of salt
170 gr butter, cut in cubes
65 ml cold water
Method
1. Mix the dry ingredients
2. Add the butter & mix with your hands till you have a crumbly texture
3. Add the water & mix again with your hands
4. Knead until the dough is smooth
5. Put in the fridge for 30’
6. Roll out the dough
7. Put the dough in a buttered & floured tin
8. Push the dough into the tin, make sure you push well in the corners
9. Cut off the edges
10. Cover with baking paper and fill with dry beans
11. Bake blind for 20’ in a preheated oven of 160°
12. Take out the beans
13. Bake again for 15’ in a preheated oven of 160°
14. Ready to fill!
