In this lower body workout, we will go over specific cuing for the core and pelvic floor with the breath through each and every move so you will feel confident in how to connect to your body better and get the most out of your strength workouts!

We go over all of this in depth in the MBC programs! I have specific cuing and tips on using the breath with each and every exercise as well as troubleshoot sections for when it just isn't quite clicking, because let's be honest, we all don't learn things the exact same way!
