We are both gearheads and have owned many V8 hotrods. I drove all 3 versions of current Mustang as well - And I agreed with her - The new GT felt kind of heavy and sluggish - sure it felt torquey and powerful - But not as fun to drive. And we are both all into V8 muscle cars and whatnot (Have you SEEN this channel? I have personally owned a Camaro ZL1, Challenger SRT-8, Mustang GT Convertible) And it definitely was not about money. I can assure you that. (We could get a new GT500 if we wanted one.)
My current car eats Mustang GT's for breakfast lunch and dinner. That car is cool and all but it is not all that.
