Potes is a place where Mother Nature provides a spectacle for all to see. It is no wonder why humans chose to settle here long, long ago. Set in amongst the Picos de Europa mountain range in Cantabria, Spain this probably wasn't the easiest place to build a town, I am sure there were many challenges due to the geography but you know what they say..."What comes easy, goes easy"
Well, Potes is living proof that visions that are difficult to achieve can stand the test of time.
This is Episode 4 in a series of videos as I set out to discover another side of Spain. Far from the cheesy dj's, packed beaches and package holiday culture there is a deeper, more personal and honest identity but i had to go "off the beaten track" to really get to know "The Spain I never knew"
