No holds barred introduction to the power of fasting, Keto and the power you gain from both. This was the kick in the nuts I needed to stop my destructive eating and drinking habits. FYI: Cole Robinson is doing more good for people than most humans I know. People want to judge him for his style, however some people need a kick in the ass, just like I did. For me, watching Thomas talk about the body and Ketogenic diet is like combining biology class with weight lifting and Baywatch. This man knows his shit. Super positive and educational. You need to subscribe IMO!

His book, “Tripping over the Truth: The Metabolic Theory of Cancer”, is also recommended reading. Travis’ Foundation and book can change the paradigm by which all cancers are treated. The following nutritionists have a service for helping cancer patients implement the
ketogenic diet. These nutritionists have in depth knowledge on how to implement the KD for cancer management.
Miriam Kalamian, EdM, MS,CNS (([email protected]). Miriam also has a new eBook
entitled, “Keto for Cancer” The book is strongly recommended for those cancer patients who
need help with ketogenic diet implementation and can be obtained from the following web

Ellen Davis has also prepared an eBook, “Fight Cancer with a Ketogenic Diet,” that can help
cancer patients implement the KD according to the ideas of Dr. Seyfried.

Jimmy Moore and Dr. Eric Westman have a new book that provides valuable information on
the benefits of low-carb, high fat diets. “Keto Clarity”, Victory Belt Publishing, Inc., Las Vegas,
2014.
The RSG1 Foundation (www.rsg1foundation.com) is a privately funded, volunteer operated
non-profit charity, which supports malignant brain tumor and cancer patients with medical
treatment supplies and can provide keto-consulting services.
Each person will need to work with their health care provider to determine their personal health decisions.
