This documentary film provides in-depth information about how mechanization is used in vegetable production in California, USA. It highlights the important role that specialized machinery and equipment plays in production of the state's numerous vegetables. The film was created as part of the project, Training the next generation of California vegetable workers that was conducted by a group of instructors of vegetable production courses at the University of California, Davis, California State University, Fresno, California State University, Chico, and California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, as part of the California Department of Food and Agriculture's Specialty Crop Block Grant Program.
