Shaw Davis & The Black Ties is an American roots-blues and psychedelic rock trio formed in 2016 in Pompano Beach, Florida, by guitarist Shaw Davis, drummer Bobby Van Stone, and bassist Patrick Stevenson. Known for their high-energy, riff-heavy sound, the band has toured extensively, played over 300 shows, and released albums including Tales from the West (2018) and Red Sun Rebellion (2021).


Formation & Style: Formed in May 2016, the band fuses psychedelic blues, rock, and roots music, drawing influences from Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Cream.
