【材料】
中筋麵粉 310g
砂糖 3匙
鹽 1小匙
速發酵母粉1小匙
無鹽奶油 50g
室溫雞蛋 1個
溫牛奶 150g
【餡料】
無鹽奶油 30g
肉桂粉 1/2匙
砂糖 4匙
碎核桃 40g
蛋液:雞蛋1個+鮮奶1匙

This sugar-reduced cinnamon roll has a crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside. You can feel the hint of cinnamon with every bite with walnuts… OMG! Can’t stop eating!😋
【Ingredients】
310g All-purpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
50g Unsalted butter
1 egg at room temperature
150g warm milk
【Filling Ingredients】
30g Unsalted butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp granulated sugar
40g Chopped walnuts
Egg wash: 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk
