Song is based on our guitar player Brian's decision in 2011 to finally quit smoking after being addicted to it for over 15 years (hence some of the specific lyrics), and our decision to write a song to help encourage and support him. Though this song was written for him, it can EASILY apply to any situation where you struggling to make a positive change in your life...
