It’s very disappointing that StubHub won’t fix the issue with scalpers. They won’t believe you either. They will say the seller disclosed the obstructed view. This feels like one of the biggest concert scams at The Sphere.
Please avoid these seats at The Sphere, especially for the Backstreet Boys concert or any show with heavy visuals. Visuals are a major part of the experience, and paying an overpriced ticket to miss out on that is a huge letdown.
Stay away from section 100 seats that are above row 23. Also avoid corner seats if you can. The more centered the seat, the better the view. You do not want a cropped experience for this concert. Trust me.
Make sure to screenshot each step of your purchase, including the ticket listing, in case you need to prove to StubHub that the seller did not disclose an obstructed view.
