To get to this chateau:
From Paris, you can take the RER A train to Saint-Germain-en-Laye or Marry-le-Roi, then it's a short bus ride or a 20-minute walk through peaceful residential streets.
And the train ticket is only 2,50€ per person as it's within lle de France, or it's free if you have a Navigo Pass!

The estate is open to the public several days a week (check their website for seasonal hours, and you can explore the gardens, the romantic stone pavilion, and the ornate rooms where Dumas wrote his novels.)

Wandering here feels like stepping into the pages of a classic story — or straight into a Pride & Prejudice moment, if you're listening to the soundtrack. The château is surrounded by lush greenery, little bridges, and hidden corners that make you feel worlds away from the city.
