Here's is a guide I did for removing speakers in a 2004 Ford Taurus SES. You see this car practically everywhere at times, and I was surprised to not find a video on Youtube that can assist in the removal/install.
Tools Required:
Socket Wrench
13 mm socket
6 mm socket
Screwdriver--Phillips head
I forgot to mention that there is 2 black clips that need to be pulled before the rear carpet piece can come out. Don't forget those. Flat head screwdriver can pop them up.
