Описание: The Top of the World hike via Canyon Acres Trail in Laguna Beach is one of the most rewarding coastal hikes in Orange County—offering stunning panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding hills. Although the trail is typically listed as around 2.5 miles round-trip, our experience was closer to 3.8 miles because we had to park far away along the Laguna Canyon road - a common challenge due to limited neighborhood parking near the trailhead.

In this video, I take you along the hike on a cloudy day, which gave the trail a totally different atmosphere. I’ll walk you through what to expect, where to park, how steep the climb is, and whether the views at the top are worth the effort (spoiler: they are—even without full sun). If you’re looking for a solid coastal workout and one of the best ridge-line viewpoints in Southern California, this hike delivers.
