Part two - hands on sharpening demonstration and lessons. Originally, I was planning to make this one cut, but the video ended up getting long enough that I decided it would be better to spend the first half talking laying out your road map of choices and then the second-half doing a lot more observation of sharpening. If you are a visual learner, you may get more out of part two, but I wouldn’t sleep on this content so don’t skip part one if you haven’t seen it first.
