What a tough video to finish! I want to be very careful about what I say about nutrition because there is so much misinformation around, especially concerning weight management.
As I understand from what is available, the research shows there is no “quick fix” to managing your overall health, including weight loss or weight gain. Part 5 of my postpartum journey showcases my many circling thoughts about protein and fiber, managing hunger, and simplifying the layers and layers of overall nutrition.
I also didn’t go much into food fat sources and nutritional needs - another great topic!

What is important is that you work with nutrition science to support your overall eating habits, understanding that what you eat (and how you view food) is central to your ongoing health.
