Описание: Steel Storage Systems produced and installed a Powered Roller Conveyor System with lateral accumulation and discharge Transfer Arms at a leading US metals service center. The System consists of a 50' infeed and 40' outfeed Powered Roller Conveyor with 4-Arm Transfers to maximize saw output and order processing. The Transfer Arms intersect the Roller Conveyor and feature lifting cylinders to raise and lower to affect loading. In this application, Transfers provide uninterrupted material flow for the continuous operation of machinery, resulting in maximum productivity.

Cut lengths exit the saw on the 40’ long Powered Roller Conveyor.

The Transfer Conveyor clears material from the Roller Conveyor, allowing continuous cutting.
