Описание: එල්ටීටීඊ සංවිධානය ගොඩබිම්, සාගර සහ ගුවන් බලයකින් හෙබි ලොව පළමු සහ එකම ත්‍රස්ත සංවිධානය බවට පත්වී සිටියා. ගුවන් හමුදාවට මිසයිල තර්ජනය එල්ල කරමින් දරුණු හිසරදයක් බවට පත්වෙමින් සිටින අතරතුර පරීක්ෂණාත්මක සහ සැහැල්ලු ගුවන් යානා උපයෝගී කරගනිමින් වන්නියේ මහා වනාන්තර තුළ ඉතා රහසිගතව මෙන්ම ක්‍රමිකව සිය ගුවන් බලය ඉහළ නංවා ගන්නට කොටි ත්‍රස්තවාදීන් කටයුතු කළා. කෙසේනමුත්, ලංකාවේ සිවිල් පුරවැසියන් පමණක්ම නොව ත්‍රිවිධ හමුදා සාමාජිකයින්ගෙන්ද අතිමහත් බහුතරය කොටි සංවිධානය සතුව ගුවන් යානා ඇති බව දැනගත්තේ 2007 වසරේ මාර්තු මාසයේදී කටුනායක ගුවන් හමුදා කඳවුරට ගුවන් කොටින් විසින් එල්ල කළ ප්‍රහාරයෙන් පසුවයි. කෙසේ නමුත් කොටි සංවිධානය 1984 තරම් වූ ඈත වකවානුවක සිටම ගුවන් බලය අත්පත් කර ගැනීම සඳහා කටයුතු කරමින් සිටි බවත් 1995 සිට ගුවන් යානා සතුකරගෙන සිටි බවත් ඔබ කිසිලෙසකින්වත් අසන්නට බලාපොරොත්තු වූ තොරතුරක් නොවනු ඇති. ශ්‍රි ලංකා ගුවන් හමුදාවේ අභිමානයට අභියෝග කරමින් ගුවනෙහි ඒකාධිකාරය ගුවන් හමුදාවට අහිමිකළ කොටි ගුවන් ඒකකය පිළිබඳව ඔබ කිසිදා නොදුටු රූපරාමු රැගත් අප්‍රකට කතා පුවතයි මේ.
