If this is your first time in my channel, make sure to watch the INTRO to follow the program.
This program is for you if if you are postpartum and want to rehabilitate abdominal separation (a.k.a diastasis recti) and gain pelvic floor strength.
Also, the repertoire is excellent for you if you want to gently start exercising by doing Pilates.
The main goal is to strengthen the entire body so you can feel strong, resilient, and therefore, enjoy your motherhood.
How does it work?
You will do each session three times a week.
You will feel more comfortable progressing and increasing the intensity of the exercises week by week.
If there’s a one week that you’re not able to do all the sessions, or you simply need more time, feel free to repeat the exercises until you feel comfortable moving on to the next session/week.
*Pilates is wonderful, but it doesn’t substitute your healthcare practitioner’s support.
Make sure to contact a pelvic flor therapist or obgyn to discuss any pain, discomfort, or concern.
Also, make sure to get clearance form you doctor before you start any kind of physical activity.
