This is a mini documentary that I (Ulrik Lyng) have been working on since January. It is my final exam film as I graduated from NKH (Norges Kreative Høyskole)
It is meant to further promote the sport of Street-Workout/Calisthenics. Hope this documentary can help spread the word about, and further explain what Street-Workout is, for those who are unaware. I also hope it can motivate and inspire other people to start working out!
