This video is my final review of the 185 INSANE challenge—a six-month commitment to discipline, devotion, and long-term change.
Over 185 days, I dedicated myself to becoming a published author and sustainable small business owner while improving my physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual grounding. This wasn’t about perfection—it was about tracking my habits, building self-trust, and learning what consistency actually looks like in real life.

I reflect on how this challenge helped me:
Build discipline without burnout

Understand where I need more support and sustainability
This challenge began as a way to track habits—but it became a devotional practice to my healing, creativity, and future.
