Presenting The Diesel Intercity 130kmph Edition of Trains bound to the Holy City of Amritsar from The National Capital New Delhi, New Delhi - Amritsar Swarna Jayanti Shatabdi Express and Shan-e-Punjab Express hauled by EMD Locomotives from Tughlakabad Diesel Locomotive Shed [TKDD] at 130kmph on New Delhi - Ambala Section of Northern Railways.
The diesel locomotives were assigned for two days, on 18th and 20th February, 2025 due to OHE Block at Platform#1 of Jalandhar Cantt Junction on Ludhiana- Amritsar Section. Moreover it was surprising to see dying Diesel Locomotives at 130kmph speed for which I rushed frequently for the past few days on this line.
