Cauliflower soup

5 cups water or broth
5 carrots
1 head of cauliflower
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
handful of parsley
salt (every salt is different I use Himalayan salt and I needed about 1 tsp but you can add more

When the carrost are getting softer that's when I add the cauliflower because they cook faster. Cook it till the cauliflower gets soft but not falling apart.

Kale chips

1 bunch of kale
2 tbsp grounded cashew
1 tsp nutritional yeast
about 1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste but be careful not to use too much because as the kale shrinks the salt and spices will be more concentrated I used about 1/2 tsp

Dehydrate on 200F (100C)

Hungarian Veggie stew "Vadas"

Equal part parsnip and carrots I used a big bag of carrots and I used about just as much parsnip but doesn't have to be equal by ounce :) I used the 5 pound bag from the carrots and approximately matched with the parsnip
3-4 bay leaf
salt to taste
4 cup of water
2 tbsp mustard
beef sliced thin (if you don't eat meat you can leave it out)

Cook the meat a little just to close the fiber on the meat slices and then add 4 cups of water put the veggies on the top and shimmer it
till the veggies are soft.
Put the veggies into the mixer remove the bay leafs and add the mustard.
Serve it with pasta

Purple cabbage salad

Cut the cabbage into little squares and add salt to taste little apple cider vinegar and about 1 tsp of olive oil. You can add parsley too if you like it. Crash it with your hands to bring out more flavor.

RECIPES

▪all purpose cleaner 🌿Cleaning solution all purpose

1 and a half cup water
1/4 dish soap
10-13 drops of tangerine oil
5 drops of vanilla oil

▪Glass and disinfecting solution

50-50 ratio water and isopropyl alcohol
