At this point you all know about coronavirus and what it is. Regarding that we all need to be carefull and protect ourselves and others by implementing the indications from the World Health Organization.

Additionally, exercise can't be put aside. You CAN still work out. The difference, for some of you, is that it needs (or at least should) be done at home!
I don't mean that EXERCISE will PREVENT you from getting the virus! It will only strengthen your IMMUNE SYSTEM! What will PREVENT IT is the WHO recommendations (cleaning hands, avoiding public spaces, and so). Make sure you understand it.
On the following days I will share some exercises, routines on my instagram account for you to try and keep active. You don't need much to stay active and exercise, but it will improve your immune system and it's a plus at this point.
