Join us for a fun photo adventure in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains! In today's video, we'll be exploring Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta in partnership with OM SYSTEM. The plan is to test out their OM-1 Mark II camera and photograph a few different spots around the park. Together, we'll visit the Bison Paddock, Cameron Falls and Waterton Lakes - just to name a few!
We'll also be testing out a few of the camera's different features, like the Live ND (Live Neutral Density), which is great for blurring water and clouds in order to achieve a long exposure effect. We'll also try out the Live GND (Live Graduated Neutral Density), which we can use to darken the sky and other bright areas in the image. Lastly, we'll review the High-Res function, which allows us to shoot handheld at 50 megapixels or on a tripod at 80 megapixels. This is a great feature for capturing detailed images since you're actually shooting 16 overlapping shots that are then composited in camera.
