Why are you not asking questions? Why are you not developing questions? Why do you just say "yes" and go silent?
This is the number one problem I see with some B.Tech/MCA interns and fresh graduates working with me at GetPostLabs. Not on day one — even on day ten, they're not asking questions.
In this video:
→ When you say "yes" — my interpretation is you understood. But you didn't.
→ If you're afraid I'll judge you — go talk to ChatGPT's voice agent. No judgment there.
→ Don't start work until you understand. If you work on assumptions, things go wrong.
→ You wouldn't sit on any random train without checking the direction — same with work assignments
→ In any real job, your team is in Philippines, Shanghai, California, Brazil, Tel Aviv — communication is everything
→ Even a restaurant runs on teamwork — someone takes the order, someone cooks, someone delivers. A chain of process.
→ If communication is strong, things happen better.
Please ask questions. Please speak out. This is the most important habit you can build.
