Exploring a nice old abandoned house in Switzerland.

Описание: Nice old residential house in Switzerland. I don't know, how long it is already empty, but trash, mattresses, old clothes, more and less rotten food are showing, that squatters lived there in the meantime, or some people did some party there.

The house, also an old Credit Swiss Banking building beside the house, and other industrial buildings were supposed to be demolished over 10 years ago to build a new housing estate. However, first objections from a nearby sex club owner, and later missing building permit, which was revoked due to insufficient noise protection measures for the project, prevented the demolition until today.

But in 2022 a new building permit was issued, and new objections followed. But in 2024, all objections were rejected, so maybe soon the demolishing of the buildings will start, and the new housing estates will be built.
