I've owned a few HM2 style pedals and most of the time I had a really hard time to get them sound like I wanted them to. So Daniel asked me if I wanted to try his take on the death metal classic. Originally a cooperation with the german band breathe//die there was a handful of the predecessors out there in the wild until this one got released with further improvements.
Adding a really versatile parametric midband, a cut knob to get rid of rumble and a new Lichtlaerm voiced mode this box packs a lot of features. And yet it was the first one I find really easy to dial in.
Spotlights is a short series of demo clips featuring one pedal. It's not meant to be a full demo at all, rather get a short glance of it's sounds.
